Introduction

I’m sure that, like myself, you have spent countless hours using ChatGPT for blog posts, emails and captions for social media-and, like myself, you know the mixture of convenience and exasperation that can entail. The program churns out content in a few seconds flat, but it usually sounds repetitive, impersonal or robotic. This poses two problems.

  1. Humans read for authenticity. Humans turn off their brains at a robotic voice.
  2. AI detectors are also improving. Turnitin, Copyleaks, or OpenAI’s classifier can flag AI content by simply evaluating if it appears too "AI-like", threatening students, their brand reputation, or their ranking on search engines.

In this guide, you will be introduced to a simple step‑by‑step workflow that takes you through prompt creation, manual editing tips, and finally, the HumanizedText platform – a simple one-click way to eliminate AI traces while keeping your meaning and SEO in place.

She found her life boring, monotonous, and empty. She longed to experience the thrill and excitement of a good adventure and wondered what her life would be like without it.

Your journey as an AI engineer begins here with the creation of a well-crafted prompt.

The better the input the better the output will be. The better your prompt, the less you will have to do with it afterwards.

Define your Goal Explicitly

  • Who's the reader? (marketers, students, SaaS founders, etc.)
  • So… are there people out there actually reading these long rambling pages. Hopefully, there is at least ONE. Hopefully this isn’t the dumbest and most annoying waste of money ever for both of us and there will be some profit for me. This is going to be a real long… but hopefully interesting… and hilarious page about a real long, boring book: "The History of Russia."

The problem, or the beauty, of the History of Russia is that Russia's entire existence is based on expansion and conquest. It is literally the story of the country of Russia being a behemoth of a country that grew because all those smaller countries around it were so vulnerable and so easily absorbed into the Russian empire over a centuries long period, but as soon as Russia encounters another powerful country that is not easily taken it really slows down. You really feel like this is the story of a people who cannot accept when something gets big enough so they always need more. Russia’s story starts when this tiny collection of tribes become "Rus" over around the 9th or 10th centuries and rapidly expand over time to now encompass about one- eighth of the world. Their success comes from a few distinct Russian traits: strong and sometimes oppressive leadership, sometimes benevolent rule of their people, and perhaps most importantly, an extreme willingness to fight for every scrap of land and die trying. It seems that from day one Russia is inherently driven to grow, or expand if we use a nicer term, and through out all its long history it rarely encounters any serious opposition and will almost always find the cheapest, fastest way to accomplish its goals; be that by the sword, marriage, diplomacy, or just downright sneakiness.

Russia's earliest origins trace back to these aforementioned tribes along the western frontiers of the Slavic peoples. Many scholars believe they were of Scandinavian descent, given that "Rus" likely derives from "Rhose," the Scandinavian word for Russia. The history of these people of Rus isn't as detailed or clear as some earlier European societies because a lot of their history has been pieced together by looking at what their neighbors recorded; there aren’t as many direct accounts or texts from within the people themselves as we might have hoped. After establishing their settlement in this region the Rus quickly assimilated into the local Slavic culture to form Kievan Rus under Prince Vladimir the Great and Prince Yaroslav the Wise. By 1054 Kievan Rus was an incredibly large kingdom at a time where most other European countries were barely more than city states, but Kievan Rus would crumble and fragment because of internal conflicts, power struggles between princes and their children, and incursions by foreign tribes. The land they controlled began to fall under the rule of many other smaller kingdoms, a phenomenon we see all through out Russian history-an empire, in this case of Rus, has gotten to big to manage its empire so it is invaded, fragment's, and smaller kingdoms or areas that once belonged to the main empire break off. It's an all to familiar story. This story is in many ways the story of all Russian empires before and after the empire. Russia will grow into a gigantic, uncontrollable empire, will be invaded by other peoples, fracture into multiple warring states and, after a few centuries or maybe even less than a century depending on how strong the invader is and if the invasion hits it at its weak points at the right time, will reform under a powerful prince or Tsar and start growing all over again. The biggest problem facing Russia at all points in its history seems to have been its own growth, and the best way to stop a rapidly expanding Russia is apparently to let it get a little to large and all those neighbors, who are in all probability incredibly sick of their giant neighbor, would swoop in and gobble it up, breaking it into little pieces, only for some guy named Ivan and some guy named Boris to later become friends and make Russia big again

  • Length: Around [word count] or [number] sections.
  • SEO Keywords: Enumerate the main and alternative keywords that you need to use.

Please rewrite the text into a natural and human-like way. It should be on the same meaning:

Example Prompt:

Write a 1,200‑word blog post for digital marketers titled "How to Make ChatGPT Text Sound Natural." Use a conversational tone, include the keywords "AI writing tools," "human‑like copy," and "AI detector bypass," and structure the article with H2 headings and bullet points.

1.2 Leverage the context.

The main concern of this paper, however, has been the ability to provide access to information. Access is possible not only if the medium contains information but if it makes it discoverable, usable, and comprehensible. Therefore, beyond providing access to data, an archival medium must ensure longevity, verifiability and accessibility for a sustained period. A variety of methods can be employed in archival design. These range from making a medium durable against deterioration (e.g., metal or ceramic disks) to using materials that remain stable over time such as microfilm or optical disks. Digital data has the added challenge of requiring stable electronic and hardware components as well as reliable software to ensure readability over the long-term. Verifiability can be achieved in a number of ways, including the use of read-only formats where applicable, redundant encoding or error checking schemes, and "digital signature" technologies. For example, the digital signature would prove that a given piece of data had not been tampered with. Long-term access must consider the long-term availability of read and write technology; it can be assumed that a specific type of disk drive or laser player will become obsolete over time. Therefore, it may be more feasible to select a standard media format.

With regard to their personal qualities. In every profession a certain degree of personal merit is necessary; but this is of much less importance in those occupations which are pursued by all, or nearly all, rather than in those which only few select to follow. It requires very little talent or ingenuity to perform with the lowest degree of skill all the common offices that are performed in society; and the more perfectly and more exactly they are performed, so much the more agreeable they are, not only to all who are concerned with them, but to the observer of them.

An individual is seldom expected to display more than a very moderate amount of that particular aptitude which is employed in his business or occupation. A remarkable degree of genius is never necessary, nor always desirable; and there is perhaps no business or occupation in the world in which that particular talent which makes an individual good at it, has never been, in the smallest degree, the object of the desire or admiration of his acquaintances, or even of the greater part of the society where he lives, than that which is the object of the most general and most ordinary desire-that of becoming wealthy and great.

Amongst a thousand or a million or even a numberless multitude, there are, perhaps, rarely to be found so many as a thousand good craftsmen, or two hundred or thirty good artisans or tradesmen; but everywhere every man may make himself at least a reasonably good tradesman, a sufficiently competent craftsman, or a pretty capable shop-keeper or tradesman, by employing but a moderate share of that industry which most people enjoy, and the most part are at least capable of, and the most people possess. If there is one single man, or woman, that is not good at what he, or she, does, and for that reason suffers and has to go without that which he, or she, needs, that one single man, or woman is more deserving of pity and compassion than is any one tradesman, or craftsman, or shop-keeper, or even businessman. However, the majority of us are able to perform the most, if not all, tasks that most need performing to such an extent, that we even deserve the attention, care and respect of all others. We live in such a world that the "talented" need only to "do what they do well."

Step 2: Write the First Draft

Paste the prompt into ChatGPT or any other LLM and after the draft comes in, look for these three AI generated patterns:

  1. Repetitive language – sentences have the same structure within many paragraphs.
  2. Exceedingly frequent and somewhat pointless filler words ("as a result of," "in order to," etc.)
  3. No personal stories or specific instances are used.

When you see these, take note which parts will require the most work.

To determine how well the actual, physical structure of the building matches the plans, an on-site inspection must take place. The purpose of this inspection is to verify that the actual building constructed corresponds to the building indicated on the approved plans, including details like measurements, materials, and finishings. The building will only be considered acceptable after the inspectors find the structure to be satisfactory.

3.Manual editing.

No matter how brilliant the AI-generated content, it can often be improved by a bit of human ingenuity. Here are a few copy techniques that will give the content a natural, human feel:

Varying sentence length and structure is another way to enhance readability. Mix shorter, more punchy sentences with longer, more complex ones. This creates a natural rhythm that will hold the reader's attention.

  • The shorter the sentences, the greater their impact.
  • Using longer, compound sentences creates additional depth to your text.
  • Mix questions with exclamations and statements.

Chat GPT writes fast, yet its content sounds like it's from a machine. ChatGPT is blindingly fast. But have you ever read one of its responses and felt like there was just something lacking?

3.2 Get Personal

  • Give an anecdote or a case study.
  • Incorporate first‑person pronouns where fitting ("I found that...").
  • The sharp tap of the keyboard-

3.3 Specific, not general fillers

Generic PhraseHumanized Alternative
"In order to""To"
"As a result""Consequently"
"It is important""You’ll notice"

3.4 Make It Search Engine Friendly, But Keep It Natural

  1. Keyword Positioning: Include your main keyword within the first 100 words and H2 headings, and also sprinkle them within the body of your content.
  2. LSI keywords: Interweave related terms such as "content rewrite tool" and "AI detection bypass."
  3. Meta Elements Write a strong meta title & description (we will talk about this later).

One of my colleagues described this particular topic as one of "interest" to the audience. The second area of discussion during the training was the new material that is not part of the regular curriculum on which students are assessed. A great proportion of the training session focused on this topic due to its importance for all participants and its lack of familiar ground with what students normally encounter. Therefore, many participants who felt they had no previous knowledge on this topic were particularly keen on it. This topic was then divided further in the training session into four sub-topics, all of which were dealt with individually in due course within the session, although there was not always a distinct time allotted for each part within the total training session plan and the trainer varied it by time management and how much attention to spend on each individual topic, this can be seen in diagram 2 below where it will show what topics are covered within the training session.

Step 4: Run the AI-Detection Check

Before sending, test draft to AI detector, just to see how “human” is it look like.

  • The free tools include OpenAI Classifier, GPTZero, and Writer.com AI Detector.
  • When to be on the lookout for: Anything that is under 30% AI probability, is probably safe for most sites, though you should always test your generated content on sites before submitting it.

If the score is too high you would need more tuning -either by hand(redo Step 3) or automatically.

Since you have chosen the option 'to begin again', I am now at a 'state 2'. At state 2, the user wants to interact with a chatbot that helps them make decisions, but the user has just stated that they want to restart the chatbot's memory, which means it needs to go back to state 1. Therefore, to complete the user's intention of starting the chatbot again (which leads to state 2), I will go to state 1 where I can greet the user and ask them about their task.
